Who is Avery?
Avery is the name AvLists signs its outgoing email with. Notes from Avery come from avery@avlists.com, an address that only sends. Replies go to our support desk at support@avlists.com, where a person reads them.
Why you got a note
AvLists is a marketplace for aircraft in the US and Canada, with a dealer directory and aviation services. It shows your business's listings and sends interested buyers to you. We ask each dealer to confirm their listings so buyers only see what is really for sale. A person at AvLists approves each note before it goes out. If you don't answer, Avery follows up once.
What we show
We keep only the facts of each listing: make, model, year, registration, serial number, total time, location, asking price and seller, with a link to the original. We don't copy your photos or descriptions. Buyers go to the original listing to contact you.
Answer, claim or take it off
Reply with one word, like yes or sold. Or use the link under Avery's sign-off. It opens your business's page, where you can answer without signing in:
- Mark each listing still for sale, or sold.
- Take one listing off. It stays off unless you list it with us yourself.
- Take them all off. We won't list them again or email you unless you ask.
- Claim your free dealer profile to fix prices, add photos and get buyer messages directly.
To claim right away, sign in with the address the note came to. The link works for 30 days. After that, set up a dealer account and find your business there.
Stop the emails
Every note has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it, or reply and ask, and we won't send that address another invite.
